Insurance Eligibility for You and Your Dependents
Regular Team Members and eligible dependents may participate in our health insurance programs on the first day of the month after 4 weeks of employment where a minimum of 20 hours per week is maintained. You will be required to complete an insurance application to enroll in our insurance program. Information on the insurance programs offered is maintained at the stores and the Honolulu Support Center. You will be notified of your qualification. Jamba Juice Hawaii will pay 100% of your health insurance premium under our base medical plan. You will be responsible for paying the balance of the health insurance premiums for your qualified dependants, and/or for coverage under our alternate health plan.

Team Member Discount
All Team Members are entitled to buy Jamba Juice products at a discount. You may enjoy a 10% discount on all beverages during non-working hours and on Jamba accessories, excluding jambacards and sale items.
You may enjoy a shift meal and can find details of this policy during training and in your new hire packet and from talking to your manager.
Jamba Juice Hawaii provides vacation to salaried team members.
Holidays worked by hourly Team Members are paid at time and a half for hours worked. Salaried Team Members who work on a holiday receive a compensating day off within 60 days of the actual holiday.
Jamba Juice Hawaii observes the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Christmas Day
If you are a full time salaried Team Member, you will accrue sick time at the rate of 40 hours per year. Accrued sick time may be used for doctor’s appointments, sick days, or the care of immediate family members who are ill (see note below), up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Team Members may be required to provide a doctor’s certificate to verify such illness or injury.

Each Team Member becomes eligible to participate in this plan by meeting the following requirements:
- 1 year of employment
- 18 years of age
- Worked a minimum of 1000 hours
Training & Development
Jamba Juice Hawaii supports each Team Member and their individual development within the company. All training is learner driven and coach supported. We offer the job training and various training classes to develop each Team Members individual career goals.
